Circuit is doing a drawing for a $2000 egift card on the web site. It is pop up, so if your pop is on it may block it.

Also, I notice they have extended their return policy until Jan. 31, 2009.

Usually it is a 30 day return policy. It is Holiday return policy.

Circuit is not going to be filing Ch. 7. Therefore, we don't have to worry about that aspect.

Everything to me shows they are agressively doing what it takes to stay afloat while cutting costs.

All good signs. IMO.

We will definitely be coming out of BK no later than April.

Ricardo makes an offer anytime soon; Ciruit could be the turn around of the of the year.

I can not imagine him to not make an offer before they come out of BK. The strong sales over the weekend may force his hand to make an offer sooner than he wanted to, because the bargaining power will sway to Circuit's side. JMO

However, if Circuit's sales were strong over the weekend; it makes Circuit even more attractive to Ricardo. JMO

So many different possibilities. I just hope us lonely shareholders are factored into the equation. I am sure Ricardo will make sure of it. He has 47 million shares and $41 million tied up into this puppy. He is not going down without a fight.
