Obama should get the chance to prove his friends and mentors of the past twenty years DO NOT hold power over him, he does NOT share their radical ideas, and he has the ability to be a real American, and not one who still focuses on things that happened 50-200 years ago so that it affects his decisions in a racist way. We will see. As an American who does not want to move out of what has been the greatest nation on earth, I wish him well. It's just I don't believe he will, so I will have to be proven wrong -- which I truly hope for. The apple rarely falls far from the tree, but there are exceptions. Pray he is one.
