Wrinkles that is a true statement when the information provided by the company is truthful and not misleading as is the case with this company. His methods are now questionable and his past dealings with the likes of YA, paid pumpers, missed CD's etc are also. How much has he lined his pockets with from dealing with YA? How much did he get for missing the legacy CD? We all know he has not $1 dollar of his money invested in this company in fact he overpaided and pocketed that while giving himself 80% ownership that grows with every dilution.
