I agree with your statement in that confidence levels will return as more material events take place. with that said we all know that DPDW is infamous for sudden surprises and could easily release a big P.R. at any time, I also believe that the sec's comments are getting very close to being resolved(gut feeling). Either way it's imo that there is still time for some great buying opportunitys but would be very careful in how long i would actually wait as things here could turnaround very quickly.(JMHO)
