Just because the court approved it doesn't necessarily mean that VCU has approved it yet. I haven't heard from them lately, but I'll see what I can find out. One of the guys I've been communicating with down there has been pretty good about returning emails and has a good idea about what's going on. I haven't wanted to keep bothering him with questions since he's not the right guy to really ask, but the person I need to speak with hasn't been around. Hopefully we'll know more over the weekend.

It is interesting that Dr. Pandey's name has been added to the bidding procedure document in about five places. I'm not sure what that means as I haven't spoken to anyone about it.
