Question Monk! If the mms decided to refuse to cover and it went through legal and/or insurance proceedings how long would it delay the uplisting since everthing has to be cleared up for the new exchange. Is this the leverage mms have to delay uplisting unless an agreement and/or some kind of back office dealing is made with Gene to clear the shorted stock.
