2nd many have commented regarding the need the company had to satisfy CD's so they R\S'd and increased the AS. Why couldn't TS instead of R\Sing just increased the AS and convert some of his E's sell them and use that to pay off CD's since he owns all his shares without any output of cash from his pocket infact he obtained his shares plus an overpayment of cash for his share of wisebuys, a win win for him and a currently lose lose for commons.

All I know is I need .07\.08 to just break even while TS dilutes and keeps the price at .0001\.0002. In the last year he has not shown me anything that makes him stand out as a CEO only attributes to date that jump out regarding him are his ways of stealing from the commons to finance his lifestyle and that of his friends and we all know who they are.
