Interesting theory posted on Another message board and is;

Re: Share Stucture was suppose to be..... 28 minutes ago Im curious about the share structure. If you look at the first PRs that came about the unsolicited offer, The Buyer wanted to buy the rest of the companies OUTSTANDING SHARES!! Then Galo dug deeper and found that the buyer had an interest in BARON! So now the buyer wants BARON! Maybe this is the reason why Galo is holding off on saying anything about the share structure! Maybe the buyer did buy SHARES after all and Baron along with it.... but those are just my thoughts. IMO
