Has anyone read the form 10k and notice to stockholders meeting prior to voting shares. I got the impression the board has an uneasy feeling about Lyford owning so much control. Why? They haven't been doing so well even before Lyford got involved. They are also proposing a 50M increase in a/s. A 50% increase in pps is more along the lines of what they need. Oh well, increase the shares so we might get lucky and buy someone elses hard work for profits. The american way. Averaged in at .75, waiting for election time. Sandgoat
