How many outstanding shares?

Pink sheets.com says 4,655,607 on 8/29/08, same day as the 1:100 reverse split. It seems like there are far more outstanding shares than this, as the market cap is now only $1,862 which doesn't make sense.

I have shares and I'm holding them tight.
