in that scenario the only way to get the spin off shares would be to buy RCCH shares, or buy the IWS shares on the new exchange for the uplisted pps, so either way they would have to buy (cover) the shares, there's no getting around it........
Of course, there is always a 'cutoff' or 'ex-divi' date they have to be bought (covered) by, so the buy pressure WILL be there, lol~
It's a Catch-22 TT, and we have what they need, the only place to get it is from us shareholders, since the company is not selling shares ;)
