3 Million shares issued back then of free trading and some preferred stock? OK. dilution. That was when stock was trading at $4 plus. Dilution was about 10% or so. Stock down 75% since then. I'll like my chances. Plus business is MUCH stronger now than it was then. I'll take that 10% dilution to grow a few hundred percent each quarter any day. Thank you.
