The website they have listed at the top of the page for over a year has never worked, imagine that! They do still answer the phone, not sure if they return calls unless you have a $60 mill or so in your pocket. The last e-mail address that worked for pvd was [e-mail]. You might try that one or you could try snail mail as well. I think his home address was posted here awhile back.

If that does not get a response then check with stock diety. He has all the contact info and the hotline direct to the desk of Mr. PVD, (probably a date for the roll out of the cardboard mockup that will be in paris too).
