Oh Premier Stock you know it. That is why I believe that investor that told me that Gene said all the theories he has heard nobody has it right yet at all. I am willing to bet they have been working on this for an year and a half or so. We just happen to just find out about it a few months ago. I really believe that the whole company is going up. I think because of lawyers and red tape that just normal investors like us that think we have it figured out maybe only has at best 20% figured out on what is really going on. Gene even told me that investors like me really have no ideal about RCCH the holding company. We just happen to know more about IWS because the company pred information on it. I think everything is on a Need to know bases and if we form our own opinions based on what little they may give us is pretty much going to be up to us. Ask for me in order for me to really believe Gene is uplisting IWS by itself i would have to see a direct quote from him where he says in exact words rcch is staying on the pinks. I know he can be very coded in his emails. In my personal opinion this uplisting was about RCC holding company the spin was going to happen but the uplisting and the spin off would be two different events imo. I seem to believe that the spin off was one of the events put on hold until after the uplisting. I seem to doubt that IWS by itself had enough assets to uplist on it is own. Gene told me one time that IWS by itself is not a big company but IWS put together with RCCH is just as big as anybody in their industry. Which lead to believe that it would of had to be RCC holdings because all together I bet it has more than enough assets. imo..
