There is overwhelming evidence that others would like to have these patents jonesie. It involves a lawsuit of the "048" patent NeoMedia has. In fact there is so much opportunity in this patent alone, others outside Neomedia are doing anything they can to capitalize on the position NeoMedia is in and conduct business while this is being resolved. Imagine paying for a stock certificate and finding later that another shareholder had your certificate invalidated while you were out there celebrating the value of your certificate.
