It's hard to deny what you say, but with hard work and A LOT of money, it is not out of the question that ROB could be stopped. What he has done is clearly illegal, and it will take the entire village to stop his greedy scheme. The initial goal should be to give the original xkem shareholders SOME KIND of a stake in the new company. If ROB and company strongly resist, which they will, the goal should be to have them criminally charged and punished. We shall see.
