How will LYING TOM pay for the CDs in PR today?

Uh.....hello....more dilution because the last Q shows there is NO POSITIVE CASH FLOW!!! So pay for it with $$$$ from more DILUTION!!! LYING TOM has NOT converted his preferred shares yet so that means he still intends to SCREW US!!!
