The market and this board by the relative silence appears doubtful about this latest promised joint venture. Interesting but we'll see where we are when December ends, now that December is the new November. Sooner or later something material needs to happen for this stock to stop dithering about around a penny. This latest pr can be added to the energy drink, microsoft, etc prs of the past until HTRE makes it real with something meaty in their filings.
