Not big, just pretty funny Pinnacle was included. As if they could attach $$$. Out of Allegheny County, and the part I posted is in PDF which does not link well at all. The case has been going for over a year and it has something to do with Locastro accidently repossessing the wrong vehicle and there was an accident. They are using - Wrongful Repossession - Negligence, Wrongful Repossession - Breach of Contract, Wrongful Repossesssion - Violation of Unfair Trade Practices Act, All Counts: There is a Personal Jurisdiction over Defendant Pinnacle. :)
