MacIsle...very nice and thank you...People here and especially on the Agoura board consider me to be a "basher" or trouble maker....But in fact, I am a large sharelolder who feels that edig management has on numerous occasions misled shareholders, and neglected their fiducary duty in order to enrich themselves or their "friendly investors" The two most serious that speak volumes of their character was when they were ( in my opinion...they still are) on the verge of BK..and decided to pay themselves cash bonuses while printing more stock to pay off debt...And when they sold millions of shares into the NASDAQ listing press release when in fact edig was never qualified with NASDAQ to even apply... Their long history of over promising and under delivering cannot be disputed by any rational thinking person...But my favorite part of your post was about people telling dissappointed shareholders to sell and move on is a cop out...Anyone who looks at my posting history knows of my disgust with edig's inept management...They have just about run out of money...And for those who prefer to deny that edig better come through with at least one HOME RUN...FAST...all will be lost..MacIsle...thank you again..
