Once again pedro could turn this all around.

All he has to do is PR that the land divvy is a dead deal and that instead he will provide a cash divvy in stead of the land.

If they have the money they say they do then this is not a unreasonable thing to do.

See that would show good faith from the company they are real and are legit.

if they did that exspecialy before the holidays and at this finacial crises that the world is in other penny stock investors who are just waiting for a good buy would see this and they would jump in.

No one could talk bad about a cash divvy regardles if it is a few thousand or a few hundred.

But no nothing why because they lied about the money/gold and land.
