Here is the scoop/poop. Whatever.

When the initial funds were put out, oil prices were climbing by the week.
I believe we hit around $140 a barrel.
Oil being pumped slow but sure as things were getting paid off. Then wham!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oil prices fell like a rock into an abyss!
Barely able to keep production going at these prices.
