As far as the nuggets part goes... They have some sort of "joint venture" with someone else to at least begin shipping nuggets. No clue as to what the arrangement is, but obviously we won't be making as much as if we were making our own nuggets... Nonetheless, I'd rather have SOME income than none with this revenue stream.
And I'm not really clear on what the second part of the issue you are having is. There ARE two separate contracts though. One for Nuggets and one for buffings. Perhaps they have enough tires on hand to fill one of the contracts? And... the 131 Number is for a 5 year period. SO...somewhere in there I'm sure it makes SOME kind of sense. I'll have another look.
