wachovia shareholders hearing to stop aquisition by wells is tomorrow monday, nov 24th. they are protesting the abrupt seizure and sale of the company at an unreal price and that the shareholders had the right to shop for a higher bidder. since shareholders are the owners!!!! also the n.c. treasury secretary inquiry doesnt hurt either. i think a precedent is going to be set to help wamu in its fight also. all the "mother teresa" programs that sheila bair is coming out with to so call help homeowners is not going to shield her from the indictments to come for the crap she pulled with the insider talk with jpm prior to wamu seizure!!! i hope she is exposed!!! AND WAMU COMES OUT THE VICTOR!!!!!
