Tidelands Oil &Gas Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TIDE), announced that effective today, June 7, 2004, its stock has been delisted from the Berlin Stock Exchange. As announced on May 6, 2004, Tidelands Oil &Gas Corporation discovered it was one of many
publicly traded companies whose stock had been listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange without permission or authorization. Upon discovery, the Company immediately sought legal counsel to initiate prompt measures to delist TIDE from this exchange.
