Hi John,
Have some questions today I hope you can elaborate on concerning todays PR.

1. Does the word EXCLUSIVE mean only NV can have use of these patents? Or does it mean in the future if someone wanted to use those patents we would receive a royalty also from their use? [John Howell] We hold the exclusive perpetual rights to the patents involved. We can use them within the telecommunications field any way we chose.

2. Has Adaptives Powerstream(TM) trademark just been trademarked? Or have they always had that?
If they haven't always had that was that recently trademarked for use in our future application developments? [John Howell] I am not familiar with the history of any trademarks, but am confident that non were done simply for our benefit.

3. Where it is stated by Ray he says "with the exception of previous licenses granted by Adaptive to two unassociated parties". Is the unassociated parties the two companies mentioned that NV paid off Adaptives debt? Is that why we did that? If not why did we pay off their debt? [John Howell] The unassociated parties are not the ones paid off. We chose to pay these parties with restricted stock rather than acquire the licensing rights with Adaptive with cash.

4. This statement in PR.........New Visual also secured a comprehensive agreement with Adaptive regarding future joint activities between the firms, including provisions for additional technology, organizational, financial and management collaborations.

That statement leads me to believe the relationship of Dr Propps and future engineering agreements is still in the works. Would that be a fair assumption on my part?
If not can you clear that up? [John Howell] We have a development agreement in place with Adaptive for the completion of the prototype. We have left the door open for expanding on that relationship.

5. The shares that Zaiq and TLSI receive. Are they restricted?
If so for how long? [John Howell] They are restricted under rule 144 and they have registration rights.

6. Will Zaiq or TLSI company have anything to do with us at all in the future? [John Howell] We anticipate that they will assist in further engineering developments.

Thanks for your time.
Greg
