oh thor it is not that they ARE raising money, it is always HOW they raise money. first these thieves steal the current shareholders equity with their toxic reverse splits. you have brought up on more than one ocassion that the selling of shares took place in aug., then the reverse split for 1/20 took place after. are posters and readers really expected to believe that amne sold shares than imediately cut those investors throats with a reverse split???? if this is true these new investors have been gutted like a fish. you state"and the form D is filed by the company after the first sale within 15days I doubt they are going to pay a lawyer $500 an hour to fill that out..." so your saying the company has not filed form D and has no intention on filing form D because it cost to much????? this makes amne in violation of sec. regulations..yes?????
