Give me a break lol, did the CEO know? All these companys do this garbage and with a POS like OTC Reporter who kills every stock he touches. I own CENV which is another that guy hurt initially, but they are a far better company than PHMB imo and dont have 3 bill A/S.

Let me go out on a limb for you, the CEO frickin knew and this thing is a bigger POS now because of it. I dont bash stocks and momo here maybe possible, but as a trader you better get in quick on any possible run and get out quicker.

3 bill A/S is unreal and tells you their plans straight out........
