quit board today. i have another thought. however, this might be Terrorfying if it doesn't work out. and i'm sure the Attack on management will begin. what if pbls was to expand their housing venture to Tuscon. i hear buying is picking back up there. just some more food for thought. i have an appoinment later Around 4:00 PM Today. so i probably won't be available.

also it would be nice for the titans to prepare for the game that's coming up. i think it woud benifit them financially by winning games. maybe i'm turning into a fan.
