since they're not liquidating LSUK, it's under buyout/merger

it can't be liquidated since the $583M in reserves are needed to underwrite insurance

LSUK's Syndicate 839 is still in operation and part of the reserves also support underwriting for Syndicate S444 owned by Canopius
