How can WMI starts paying dividend again?

In very long term, 2 to 5 years, after this economic crisis is over and if WMI is still standing, may be.

The choice for the thousands they got stuck at high prices is:

just to buy more and lower the pps IF they have extra $$. That's , of course I did and could reduce it down to $1pps. Cannot buy more, I wish I could (to reduce the average pps).

but not to sell!! If I sell 50K at $0.03pps I get $1500. Himmmmmm I guess it is no brainer right? Cannot sell, not for $0.03pps.
