What I want to know is how Swift is going to help Xechem move forward after his consultancy gig kicks in with AesRx. He's the only executive of Xechem (OK, technically he's a consultant with the authority of a CEO), a company that's now gone bankrupt. When's he going to have time to "...emerge from bankruptcy as a stronger, more able company, well positioned for growth and enhanced profitability" if he's working on helping bring 5-HMF to market from some guy's den? I wonder if they'll be interested in subleasing office space in Edison, I hear there's an open office on the 12th floor of one of the Thornall buildings...
