Hello all. Some of you may know me and others may not. Either way, it's just fine with me. This is not a joke. I have tendered an offer to Axion Spatial to acquire whatever stock is left in the company. Before anyone gets really excited here, we're not talking about a million dollar offer here. I'm not looking to carry on with any of ASII's business moving forward and none of the members involved with Axion will be moving on with us if they do accept the offer. So if your thinking that this deal, if it goes through, will somehow pull you out of the crapper if you bought at $.002 cents, think again. I have no plans at all for the immediate future to do anything with Axion but somewhere (years down the line) there is a possibility that I could use them.

Anyway, I just tendered the offer today and don't expect to hear from them for a little while. Heck, I think they still need to figure out who has the rights to the company myself, before than can even start thinking if they want to accept the offer. If anyones here, I'll answer questions for about 15 minutes and that's it.
