Anyone can start their own microbrewery there are systems available that I have researched on the net that will produce 1240 gallons for each batch for sale including installation. Have a standalone microbrewery pub for food and looking through glass windows at copper vats it's not a big thing here really dime a dozen. Buy or lease a building throw in a kitchen with a hood, walkin freezer etc call it your flagship lol.

You can outsource manufacturing and distribution employ their salespeople and grow your brands it's not magical what they are doing here.

This company was made out to be this huge entity and Tom is such a smart dude blah blah blah was done with that malarkey a long time ago. I saw the writing on the wall with the sliding pps coupled with the dilution with the CD's anyone could see where this was going. I was hoping he would have corrected his CD's dilution and when that never occurred I realized that it is what is.

He can grow his business anyway he sees fit but I'm not buying his debt diluted shares that has recycled back to common shareholders. At the end of the day people have choices to use leverage through CD's in lieu of other mezz capital that is available.

There you have a pps of .0001 bottom of the toilet and every common shareholders basically bagholders of worthless shares trading on the otc/pink sheets the wasteland of securities. A basic bottom tier electronic exchange where anything goes far from legit Wall St firms with real cap values.

It is what it is and no PR will fool a sophisticated investor to buy it either no matter what it states.

Keep cranking out those PR's Tom to try and attract new bagholders and try to keep your CD holders happy so they convert more shares therefore diluting your common shareholders into the dirt at any cost LOL! Where is your game plan master wizard to replace common shareholders lost millions of dollars of investment?
