So Rich only needs 8.8% to get to 50% or approximately 1,360,000 shares to go along with him. (15% of the remaining 9,072,000 shares). Seems to me the Board of Directors could more than make up this small amount.
My point is that with only approx 3mil shares in float, the bulk of the shares are held very close to the vest and in my opinion can be easily used to make voting decisions however Rich sees fit.
Not good or bad, just information to consider.
