Received an email response from Ariel, which basicly said he doesn't ever respond to shareholder questions on advice from his atty for fear of releasing insider info.

It appeared to be a form letter. ( :

Has anyone ever had a different experience with him?

Shayne can fool SOME of the shareholders ALL of the time.

And he can fool ALL of the shareholders SOME of the time.

But, he can't fool ALL of the shareholders ALL of the time!
