Under that press release it says:
Disclosure: Pentony Enterprises LLC has been compensated $12,300 for profile coverage from a non-controlling third party.

So I guess they are not giving them shares.
I called the number for Javan and I got Steve's mail box and I left a message for him, he didn't call me yet. Did he say why Javan left?
