Yours is a two-word message, but IMO you are fundamentally confusing the max. authorised level (requested by management to leave longer-term ability to make any fresh acquisitions, if required, and approved at the ASM) and the actual outstanding float. The first is 450 million, but the second, to the best of my knowledge, is about 320 million.
Also, now that the company is generating a lot more revenues than ever before, the (already authorised) buyback might kick in, so gradually reducing the float.
From what we quite definitely know (two sign-ups with majors, plus the sign-up with the 6th-ranking company), and use and acclaim of the technology growing by the day, the business plan is being actively implemented at a speed we have never known before.
