The work of completing the Bloomberg deal has been handed off to Kaitrade. Spooz/us will get a percentage of gross revenues. The deal with Kaitrade is non-exclusive.

John Unwin has his money invested in making the thing happen. Paul is not involved beyond the point that the software belongs to Spooz/us and he has communications with Bloomberg as well.
