Its real simple Walker, a stock is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it......I wonder how many believers are still buying now that PPS is below 2 cents a share.....(I only see 250K traded, what's that $5K in cash volume????).....if not us who?? (a IA catch phrase from their site, kind of ironic).....now, with so many QUALITY Companies in the toilet, trading at PEs of 2-5, and having book values over 50%, yet STILL tanking, why would someone step in to buy these crappy penny stocks, that have been safe-harboring their BS for years on end.....

PS: Don't forget, if they reverse split, the shares owed to various parties but not yet issued don't necessarily have to be split, for example that 1.8M for the 3 "advisory board" members can remain 1.8M shares payable after a reverse split.....think about that for a moment.......as a hypothetical example, if they do a 1:10 reverse, then its like giving 18M pre-split shares.....or like 18% of the Co.....

but I'm sure, given the history of insiders not diluting out the "little guy" they won't repeat past actions.....so stay POSITIVE, Walker......
