I don't give MP any credit towards being honest and forthright, DIDDY. I do give him lots of credit for acting in his own best interest...financially and otherwise. So somewhere hidden in the folds are some things that are in his PERSONAL favor. What it is, I cannot guess YET...XENO probably could..but I am not ready to guess.
He has to know that he has nothing that will sell enough to make any difference.
He has to know that there are angry people out there, PP and regular shareholders, some with the money and spite enough to cause him difficulty if not an actual phusical threat to him and his.
He has to know that he cannot meet the PIPE payments, and sooner rather than later, he will have to toss in the towel. All this activity such as hiring and distributers, new Web site and all that is to lend credibility to the shareholders that he is REALLY trying. Maybe keep them off his butt when the house of cards collapse. Keep down scrutiny from the FEBs.
No chance that the activity will succeed. Even if he could get lots of orders, he cannot fill them becasue he has no inventory at the quantity level necessary to make a difference. Nor the money to do it with. He is mqking his own stuff now, in his palatial "LAB".
So how does he look out for himself in all this?? I don't know. But he is still getting a lot of perks, including a fine salary. This will probably dry up...but somewhere in there, there is something in it for himself. Never doubt it.
