Yes,you're right I've been in and out 4 or 5 times and will buy back again at around $2.I just can't see it going higher anytime soon.Only Exxon has held somewhat and COP has a PE of 3.7,so GTE which doesn't pay a div and has a higher PE will trend down.COP div is over 4%.JMO
