ok... I agree... just speculating. However which stock would be 8-12 ...avg 10 if common then would not P return to face of 1000 and still convert at 1/100 and if P is 8-12 avg 10 what will common be? thus math does not lie. I am simply speculating and trying to figure how a conversion would work.
