I am sure that IF and I say if... preferred were converted

to common...

it would be converted at a fair price and surely not what it is priced currently. And the only reason why I can think of that they would be converted is a buy out; so a flat price would be given across the board.

keep in mind that the total pay out on the preferreds are $4 bil.
