OK, in all fairness...

- I realize that they are finally cutting some of their consulting fees. That will make a difference.
- They will implement other cost-cutting measures.
- MV will contribute more...

It might be worth looking at how far 200k will go..

anyway, it is late and I do not feel analytical right now. I may be up for doing proper Pro Forma statements.. and maybe we can start a little pool on how long uWink will last

LAST = all 3 restaurants up and running.. because failure = they have to sell the restaurants to survive..
