I think she was talking about this paragraph....

but doesn't the entire issued share capital refer to the common stock? Lasalle UK Holdings or LSUK, nor Syndicate 839 was never mentioned except for its RITC for the 2001 year of account by Canopius.

Company acquisitions
In conjunction with the reinsurance to close of Syndicate 839, on 25 February 2008, the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary
Canopius Holdings UK Limited acquired the entire issued share capital of LaSalle (United Kingdom) Limited, Pebbles 123
Limited, Trenwick UK Holdings Limited and Chartwell Advisers Limited (“the acquired companies”) and their obligations
(debts and loan notes) to third parties.
