This is exactly how the pps reacted to the last big run up. It just took time for the importance of the news to sink in. I know that if I hadn't known the importance of the drilling, and read that PR I wouldn't have thought anything of it. But drilling news is very positive and important, so this should be creeping upwards with time, IMO.
