Everyday that this stock sits as a pinksheet company is another day that the vast majority of investors want nothing to do with it, that fact alone hurts the PPS and thus the shareholders more than just about any other obstacle, look at MVSN for example, Institutional & Mutual Fund Owners own 82% of all the shares and 95% of the float, SCMI will not attract that kind of investor as a pink, and quite honestly, trying to use QTIG as the legit face of the company is only going to create more questions and red flags on the minds of those big investors.
