If SEC's suspension was inappropriate in the first place (i. e. HKBV has been telling the truth all along with their PRs), would the stock still stay grey, or would SEC have an obligation to move them back to pink status? It's just a scenario to discuss; I'm not saying SEC was wrong to suspend or anything.
