Couple of my notes from CC.

-Complete product ecosystem was launched in Oct. Neoreader, Neosphere, campaign management, ?,?,?
-New PR firm CC Group - Media launch in UK and US this month.
-Patent reexam expecting USPTO update any day, confident patent will be upheld, resolution will unify ecosystem, Co is committed to licensing.
-Website overhaul underway will complete replacement of Gavitec with Neomedia Europe.
-Dependent on YA until self sustaining revenue can be achieved.
-Not opposed to shareholder equity financing under same terms as YA.
-Focus on operations not refinancing
-Final round of funding (scheduled Jan 09) intended to provide bridge to dependable revenue stream.
-Shareholder communications - effort to rebuild trust underway. Quarterly cc etc.
-5 current salesmen and recruiting for Business Development Manager.
-OEM Neoreader preload "lots of active discussions around the world primarily in Europe and Far East". (cannot comment further at this time, perhaps by next cc)

I'm a little suprised after all the complaints about not being able to ask questions, that there were only two questions from shareholders during the call.
